Woke up early today to complete week two day two of the couch to 5k program, then did a backonpointe butt workout. Feeling pretty good!

working towards a healthier me.

Well, January is almost over now and so far I’ve kept up with my new year’s resolutions. Basically, the idea was that since I never keep my resolutions for long, I would make a smaller resolution or two every month, ultimately working towards having healthier habits. My first resolution was to drink eight cups of water every day, and I’ve been keeping it up well. I was going to start eating healthier in February, but actually started early, which means that running is going to be pushed up a month! I’ve been doing light stretching every day to gear up for the Couch to 5K program, which is what I’ll be using as my base exercise. I also plan on supplementing that program with workouts from this lovely blog. I am determined to get healthy and stay that way!
